About this Class:

Pussy Empowered Dance Class is a safe space for exploring our authentic embodied and expressed power. Together we get grounded, set intentions and anchor into the present through our sensuality. We begin by establishing intimacy with ourselves, exploring taking up space and allowing ourselves to be witnessed. From there we learn a choreography which included embodied affirmations and postures for inhabiting our power. All levels welcome, all genders welcome. Heels welcome but optional. This is an intentional, intersectional, sex positive, and sex worker inclusive space.

In this container, much of our focus will center the experience of the physical space of pussy: ie uterus, vulva, cervix, ovaries etc.

Much of our focus will center the experience of being socialized as a womxn.

If your lived experience remains outside of either or both of these experiences and this conversation resonates with you, you may discern that this is the container for you.
