In this 2 day experience, you will ground into your power, unleash your authentic expression, and get more comfortable taking up space.

In community, you will feel supported on your journey.

Together we will create a playground of exploration. We will listen to how our bodies want to move intuitively, experiment with new movement, and let ourselves be witnessed. We will also learn a Pussy Empowered Choreography that will invite you into a collective experience as we play with embodied affirmations that anchor you into your power.

Note: we tend to film some during and after class but if you would prefer your privacy, I totally respect will not include you in the video or tag you!

Otherwise, a 50 % deposit is required by Dec 1st in order to hold your spot! You can make a deposit here with Venmo.

This is required because, if class is does not have the minimum sign ups, we will cancel the werkshop and I need time to prepare for travel and to honor the studio cancellation policy. If this is the case, you will be refunded. Otherwise, we must honor a no refund policy and the cost of the event must be paid in full.
