Learn to perreo (twerk) and play on the pole in this special edition of Pussy Empowered Dance open to all levels and all genders.

Play in the sandbox of confidence and Pussy Power in a safe space for erotic embodiment and expression.

This class is designed for exploring our authentic embodied and expressed power. Together we get grounded, set intentions and anchor into the present through our sensuality. We begin by establishing intimacy with ourselves, exploring taking up space and allowing ourselves to be witnessed. From there we learn a choreography which included embodied affirmations and postures for inhabiting our power. Led by Alyssa Aparicio

We will also learn about the origins of twerking, discuss cultural appropriation and celebrate the originators of pole dance, strippers that is!
