Land acknowledgment & Note of Intention:
The land of Oahu is the home of native Hawaiians. This retreat was designed and created with love, deep respect and reverence for their home. All decisions have been made with the intention of honoring and understanding the current complicated dynamics of tourism on island.
It was our intention to create the least harm, avoiding the most harmful aspects of tourism and to support local, woman, and Hawaiian owned businesses whenever possible. Choices of stay and of those employed as part of the retreat have been made in order to pour money back into the island as best possible. One scholarship is available for a native Hawaiian woman. And 5% (about $90) of each on site participant’s payment will be donated to the restoration of Lahaina post destruction from fire. Note: this 5% is not added to the Kama’ āina/local resident spots.

About the theme for the retreat:
The theme of this retreat is Surrender to Your Erotic Nature.
We have been inundated and indoctrinated with what it means to be erotic. To be a woman and to be erotic has many meanings that have come from external sources and have been etched in our own relationships with our bodies, through generations before us.
Can we ever truly erase these notions and get to the root of our natural eroticism like an etch-a-sketch erases all traces of a past drawing?
Perhaps we can, perhaps we cannot. But I do believe it is worth remembering and returning to the fact that our bodies are, and have always been nature.
Our eroticism is natural. We are sexual beings and at the same time, expressing with our bodies is not inherently sexual.
This retreat is about connecting with nature and remembering that we too are nature. Nothing can change that fact.
Together we will reclaim our erotic nature and explore what it means to us to embody and express this part of ourselves. With Pussy Empowered™ movement practices, dance, inner exploration and outer exploration, we will find an authentic connection with our bodies and surrender to a grounded relationship with our eroticism.
At the end of this retreat, we will embody and express this with a photo shoot in a breathtaking landscape.
Alyssa has had an intimate connection with the land of Oahu and it has been a powerful place of healing and liberation for her.
This retreat is an invitation to her clients to share this experience, set their erotic nature free and get comfortable expressing themselves.
She desires to support each participant to create art out of their embodied expression that feels true to them individually. Art that makes you feel alive as you create it and inspires you every time you witness it to remember that you are that bitch.

Your Stay
This is where we will spend 4 nights at the beautiful retreat center surrounded by lush green in Kaaawa, Oahu. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a trailhead that leads to a beautiful waterfall!
(Note: option to stay off site for locals is available)
Meals
Our resident local chefs, will provide delicious, decadent, and nutritious meals with fresh local ingredients throughout our stay including:
- daily fresh breakfast
- 2 lunches
- 3 dinners over the course of our stay. All other meals can be prepared for yourself or on site during our excursion. (If you are staying off site, meals will not be included).
Photo Shoot!
At the end of our retreat we will have a photo shoot in a breathtaking landscape.
Each person will have the opportunity to have individual professional photos taken of them on this day and we will take group photos as well.
Daily Pussy Empowered™ Werkshops!
Every day will include up to 3 hours of Pussy Empowered Workshops outdoors at the retreat center or on less populated beaches. Class will include sensual meditation, breathwork, learning Pussy Empowered tools of embodiment and expression. Class is a blast!

Excursions!
We will visit some of the most breathtaking beaches Oahu has to offer where we will have our classes and/or have free time to enjoy. Including:
Day on the North Shore including a visit to a Polo Beach (clothing optional) and Waimanalo Beach

On our last night we will have a closing party with a Hula & Tahitian dance class with Ku’uleilehua @poly_diva, Hawaiian style dinner, and performance art to celebrate this experience we shared together.

2 Zoom Calls:
We will meet once before our retreat on Zoom to meet one another and have a meeting to answer any questions about logistiscs
Then we will meet the week after the retreat to integrate the experience together.

Erotic Anointing Body Oils Workshop
Craft your own unique oil for anointing the body and erotic play. Explore an intoxicating palette of Hawai'i grown botanicals and precious plant aromatics from around the world. This sensorial workshop will be led by Deanna Rose Ahigian, a Honolulu based herbalist and founder of local body care line Indigo Elixirs.

✨Transportation to and from the airport (although we can refer you to a local woman driver for an additional cost of up to $60 per person, see logistics section below) Note: Pussy Empowered™ is NOT responsible for organizing your travel to and from the airport.

Oahu is the most populated of the Hawaiian Islands where Honolulu is located and the most popular tourist destination, Waikiki beach.
What should I know about travel to Oahu?
Hawaii does not require a passport for US citizens. For individuals traveling from all other countries, travel to Oahu is considered travel to the U.S. and the same passport/visa requirements apply.
Is travel to Oahu dangerous?
Travel to Oahu is very safe. The area we will be in is a peaceful location in the countryside. There are no dangerous land animals on Oahu. The ocean of course has its own dangers as any ocean anywhere in the world does.
Where else should I visit on Oahu?
Should you decide to stay over the weekend prior to or post our retreat, there are many beautiful places to visit. Feel free to inquire for recommendations.
Retreat FAQs
Where should I fly into?
The Oahu Airport, known as HNL, is the closest and most convenient airport (40 minute drive). It is up to you to arrange travel to and from the retreat center. Our driver, Lia is available for airport pickup and I will share her information with you to arrange for yourself. You will receive a survey after signing up that will help organize this transportation around your arrival time with other retreat participants if your arrival times align. The cost will range depending on if you will arrive solo or with a group. With Lia, your transportation to the retreat center will cost $60 max. You are free to organize a different option for yourself.
Do I have to stay on site?
Residents of Oahu who are enrolled in the retreat are welcome to stay off site and join us for all activities, excursions, and activities at the retreat center. Your transportation to and from the retreat center must be organized on your own.

Should I rent a car?
We will have a private driver, Lia, who is native to Oahu as our guide and driver for our excursions. This retreat is designed so that you will not need a car. This cost is included in the retreat price.
However, you are welcome to rent a car if you desire. Car rental can be pricy but driving on Oahu is safe and easy. Please notify us of your decision to rent a car with the survey provided after you sign up.

What’s included?

Kama’ āina/Offsite includes: everything listed above EXCEPT FOR meals and on-site stay. This DOES include daily werkshops, photo shoot, excursions, transportation to excursions and closing dinner/party.

PUSSY
There are many words used to describe the female genitalia. But most fall short of describing the entire female reproductive system -external & internal. When I use the word Pussy, I am often referring to ie: uterus, vulva, vaginal canal, cervix, ovaries etc.
I am also often referring to femininity and the experiences that go along with the biological, societal, and cultural experience of identifying as a woman whether assigned at birth or not.
My work may not resonate with all who have a biological Pussy*, if for example you do not identify as a woman, but it might. And it may not resonate with you if you identify as a woman but do not have a biological Pussy, but it might.

Alyssa is a lifelong anthropologist of Pussy Power, Pussy Empowerment Coach & Sacred Erotic Creatrix.
Throughout her professional career she has worked as a fashion model, writer, editor, artist, performer of belly dance, burlesque, samba, and exotic dance. She is one half of the artistic duo, Flash The Abyss which is currently in the final stages of completing a documentary exploring modern female flamenco performers in Spain.
Over the last decade, Alyssa has studied with many of the top voices in female empowerment in the nation.
Through her offerings and art, she is passionate about inspiring the feminine to stop settling for crumbs and create a world where womxn feel empowered to live their embodied truth.
